LocalFlow is an automated front desk service for UK local businesses. It automatically responds to customer enquiries received via WhatsApp and email — using AI to provide personalised, timely replies on your behalf. Instagram Direct Message integration is in development.
By creating an account and using LocalFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
LocalFlow is intended for businesses operating in the United Kingdom. By signing up, you confirm that:
LocalFlow provides:
LocalFlow is a software service. We do not guarantee that every AI-generated response will be perfect, and we recommend reviewing replies and updating your business information when it changes.
Pricing: LocalFlow costs £29 per month per business, charged in advance.
Free trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. Your card details may be collected at sign-up and will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days. You will be charged £29 (+ applicable VAT) on each renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No refunds are issued for partial months, except where required by applicable law.
Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription pricing.
Payment processing: All payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment details are stored securely by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. LocalFlow does not store your card details.

LocalFlow uses OpenAI's language models to generate automated replies. You acknowledge that:
The LocalFlow platform, software, and design are owned by LocalFlow. You retain ownership of your business data and the content of customer conversations.
By using LocalFlow, you grant us a limited licence to process your business information and customer messages solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We aim to keep LocalFlow available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or encounter outages beyond our control.
We are not liable for any loss of business or revenue caused by service unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
If you are a consumer (an individual using LocalFlow for personal purposes rather than business), UK consumer protection laws apply. This includes your right to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which you may cancel and receive a full refund.
If you expressly request the service to begin within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of this right upon cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing localflow@polsia.app.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of LocalFlow after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
